Have done several weeks of research on the perfect diet. Havent found it yet but from all those diets out their I am going to go and purchase The Body For Life book and give it a shot. Looks really good and its a great trainer for your lifestyle. I am 220lbs at 15% and want to rip up before summer. I am going to get my gf on it as well due to she complains that she is too fat, go figure. She is 5,8 and 140lbs. I dont thnk she is fat at all but she has this mind set she is so this is something we can both benifit from. What you guys think of the BFL? Thx
