Diet Time!!

Have done several weeks of research on the perfect diet. Havent found it yet but from all those diets out their I am going to go and purchase The Body For Life book and give it a shot. Looks really good and its a great trainer for your lifestyle. I am 220lbs at 15% and want to rip up before summer. I am going to get my gf on it as well due to she complains that she is too fat, go figure. She is 5,8 and 140lbs. I dont thnk she is fat at all but she has this mind set she is so this is something we can both benifit from. What you guys think of the BFL? Thx

BFL is pretty simple and the avergae Joe can understand it, so it's effective. However, it's not effective in the short-term (if you're under 20%bf), it's mostly a long-term health diet etc............
It all depends on how much you want to "rip up" by the summer.

Well I was hoping to drop about 5% BF by the end of march on this program. Is that achievable, my gf also wants to lose about 15lbs by the end of march. I am assuming this is achievable as long as you stick to it.

10% bodyfat w/ BFL in about 10 weeks, I doubt it. That's more of a short term deal, it's possible but not likely. I would suggest looking into a CKD. Read my manual and download the worksheet, they are a STICKY on top of the diet board. You and your g/f, especially if you support each other, should be able to drop the fat by march :)
