Hey all, Well it seems it that time of year to start a cutting diet. But which one?
I have been weight traning for two years now. My current stats are as follows:
185 lbs @14-15% bf 5'11"
I have been on a bulking diet for over six month now, with great results. The last time I went on a cutting diet, I lost all of my muscles gains. So this time around, I need some help.

What type of diet do you recommend? What supplements should I take? I will be doing cardio and continue the weight training.
Thanks all for the help.

if you dont want to lose all your muscle gains as you said last time just make sure this time you arent going to low with your clas, go 15 X bw-500, and also incorporate some refeeds and make sure you get sufficient carbohydrate intake postworkout, that should do you fine in minimizing muscle gain, but you will lose some just minimizing it is possible. anyways you can use either a diet like in crums thread, a 50/30/20, 40/40/20, theres many possibilities. i would go with the 40/40/20 if you are really concerned about preserving as much muscle as possible as you will be taking in the most carbs witht his diet, though i have never tried a diet likes crum and a lot of ppl have claimed to keep alot of their size on his.
