I'm having trouble understanding how one can get defined and low body fat without oodles of cardio. I've been told it has alot to do with the diet-

What are particular foods that are good or bad? Instead of just saying "stuff with lots of....", or "stuff witl little....." type deal :)
 
You want to look for any foods that include a heart rate of about 150..

try cardio burgers, treadmill chips, etc

do your cardio, thats my advice. I don't think that it is really possible to lose a tonne of fat without cardio unless your can find a way to consume 200g of protein a day, and still keep your total kCal intake to about 50
 
the cario is a factor where it will burn the calories needed for ultimate lypolisys; meaning fat loss. Yes, diet is a big issue, but w/ out cardio, it can become fruitless. try adding small amounts of cardio in the morning on an empty stomach...
