Would it be ok to use meal replacement shakes in between meals as my other meals instead of eating whole foods??? Like I was going to have whole foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but add in a shake between b and lunch and l and dinner. Right now I"m looking at Mass Meal by Ergo Pharm. Keep in mind, I consume a shake too high in calories, because I have the body type that just puts fat on very easy.
 
I recently just modified my cutting diet, so now I'm consuming more meals. Here is my diet plan I came up with, can everyone critique:

Meal 1(8:00-8:30)-4 egg whites, 2 turkey sausage links & either a bowl of oatmeal, kashi go lean crunch or oatmeal, with 2% milk

Workout(9:30)

PWO(10:15)-1 scoop fo ON whey in water

Meal 2(11:15)-2 cans of tuna on two pieces of whole wheat braed, banana

Meal3(2:15)-2 pieces of chicken over romaine lettuce, 1 cup of brown rice, handful of almonds or 1 tablespoon of natty peanut butter

Meal4(5:30)-Either chicken, steak or turkey with a green leafy veggie

Meal5-(8:30)-1 scoop of whey protein in water
