I should probably know this already being that I'm almost 4 weeks out from my show, but I'm going to ask anyway. Why is Mayonaise so bad if you use it in tuna while on a restricted carb diet? It doesn't have that much saturated fat and it's not hydrogegnated, so why can't I use it in order to bring up my fat intake for the day? I mean is 11g of fat going to destroy the diet??
