Ok guys call me newbie all you want but i need help here! MY DIET SUX lol nah its not too bad. Anyway I know how important diet is to any sort of growth but there are a few things i need to know. How the hell do i get 2g of protien to every lb i weigh?? lol What sort of things should i be eating that dont couter each other suger and fat wise?? Thanks fellas for all your help!!
