Diet on and off ?

Can you chill with the diet when your off after pct? Or do you need to continue? I mean I dont want to lose gains but I also dont want to eat bland food for the rest of my life.
 
My goals are to pack on lots of lean mass. I dont want to be huge, just big and cut..... does that help?

Well if you wanna add mass and be cut, you're gonna have to eat right. You can slack off some unless you're competing IMO.

I only have one shake a day, post workout. Whole foods the rest of the day. Eat at least 6 times a day, eat plenty of complex carbs, 1.5g protein per lb of bodyweight, fats come from the carbs and proteins you eat usually. I'm out on this thread...check out the Diet Forum
