Hey guys, once again I need some help. If I was doing a IP anavar cycle 40mg/day for 6 weeks. What type of diet would I need too do???? How much carbs, protein, fats should i eat???? My goals are too gain strength, lose BF%, and not put on any weight(lbs), or as little as possible b/c of my weight class I compete in. Thanx I appreciate any help.

Dam dawg, you don't ask for much do you. Well, I have never been one to count calories or anything but check out this link. Maybe you can find something good on there.

To the best of my knowledge, this site does NOT contain any steroid info but for what you want to do, you don't need any special "anavar diet". Just look at their diet plans and work from there.

It's difficult to gain a lot of strength without gaining some weight along with it. Anavar is your best bet, though. The problem is that Anavar provides the best strength gains with creatine and creatine would add water weight.

As far as your diet is concerned, you shouldn't have to change anything if you are currently eating properly to maintain your weight. The effects of Anavar are mild and gradual so you should be able to watch the scale and adjust your diet as needed.

1) El Cubano, what do u mean by I dont ask for much. The only reason at this point I just wanna gain strength is b/c I do Powerlifitng and I'm in a certain weight class if i bump up it's harder soo I wanna stay where I'm at.
2)For Mlomker and anyone else that knows, I was told too multiply my body weight(165) by 11=1815 and that's the number of calories I should intake 50% protein, 40% carbs, 10% fat. Does anyone think this is a good idea or too little.

very good info on the site you mentioned El cubano..
also, very good info (as always) from you BigAndy
thanks
