diet/nutrition

phatbastard

New member
This is my first cycle of D-bol 30mg/dly & 500 mg Sust/wkly...I have heard many different things as far as diet goes, mostly that I can eat what-ever I want, however often as I want...but my girlfriend said that I should be eating more cautiously, mainly a break-down of 40% Carbs, 40% Protein & 20% Fat...and she also said I should be careful of my sugar carbs...Any intellectual feed back would be greatly appreciated...

PS...She is not bad in the gym what-so-ever & I also have her on a strict protein diet, you all know what I mean, "Cream of phatbastard"...

Ideally 40/40/20 would be great, assuming you could take in the caloric excess that is needed to build muscle.

The problem with eating like that is it's gets tiresome, and trying to eat a TON of clean food is a pain in the ass. She is right though, Complex Carbs over Simple carbs is ideal at anytime except post workout when you are trying to replenish glycogen stores.

If I were you I would eat maybe 4 clean meals and not worry about the other two, just make sure they have sufficient protein. If you wanted to be as healthy as possible lay off the simple carbs, saturated fats, and trans fats.

Remember that eating "Bad foods" is not a terrible thing, just try to follow a clean, high calorie diet, but if you have to have a nice juicy cheeseburger now and then so be it. :D

P.S. Eat a ton of food, period.

it's good of you to be concerned about diet, something that many people often neglect when they first start cycling.

what are you striving to achieve? to get as big as possible regardless of how much fat you put on?

your diet will always reflect your physique whether you're on cycle or not. just keep that in mind.

if you don't want to blow up too much then i'd suggest keeping the caloric intake to around 1.5x maintanance level. the more you eat the more muscle you can put on, but you'll pay the price of putting on more fat as well...
