DIET!i to maintain mass cut

Any critiques or advice on my training plan and diet would b much appreciated. My stats r 25 yrs training off and on since 15 training solid 4 years for strength only 2 years ago decided to look better I guess bout 15 prcnt body currently.
I lift 4 days a week chest-back sunday. legs abs-monday shoulders traps wed. Arms abs thursdays. Cardio 20 30 mins after all workout and 30-40 mins cardio on an offday.
My diet is 430 am 2 scoopwhey shake 48 grmprotein
730 am 8 eggwhites hlaf cup grits
1030 am 8 eggwhites2 yolks(or8oz chickenbreast) whole cup grits_carbs
130 pm 8 ounce chicken with greens or salad no dressin
430pm8 ounce( chicken venison beef) or shake with cup carbs oatmeal or. rice.
600 workout then shake and 730 same meal as 430pm
Bed at 9pm
pretty much the same 7 days a week accept weekends I sleep later
How does this look to u who know better than me I'm 6ft 230 lbs gonna try to bench 405 for 3 reps this sunday I did 315 12 reps last week and 335 7 or 8 reps so I'm not new to training just dieting right to look good is tough stuff. I am also on 5th week of test e 500 a week kickstartedwith 30 mg beastdrol. I have another thread concerning my cycle info. Thanks.
