Diet how much meat should i buy

ok this may sound stupid so please dont flame me

but ,i am really caught up on my diet ,but i dont know how much meat i should buy in day ,i use to get eat 3 chicken breasts 3 cans of tuna + 1 steak a day ,but i dont think its enough ,what should i do . to make it short ,to consume meat a day should i buy more chicken or more steak??

If you can afford it, throw some more lean steak in there man. Maybe some eggwhites as well and you will be hitting on alot of different amino acid profiles.
 
Tuna is very inexpensive, so you can't go wrong with the more you buy. Personally, I am a chicken guy. Can't get enough of the stuff. Luckily, a meat market just opened a block from my house. I go there every other day. :lol:
 
It seems to me that you are fine with what you presently consume protein wise in a day-3 chicken breasts (102g), 3 cans of tuna (96g), and a lean steak (anywhere but at least 50g). Factor in the protein shakes I would assume you consume on a daily basis and you are doing fine unless of course you are over 250-275lbs. If this is the case I would suggest eggs as I would imagine your food budget is already pretty hefty.
 
What if you're allergic?

I am allergic to anything that comes from the ocean. Shellfish, tuna, swordfish, anything. Even salmon does it to me. My throat goes shut and breathing can stop. With this being the case I am afraid to try freshwater fish without being near the ER.

When you can't do fish in your diet and you've had enough chicken that you think you are going to cluck, what's left? I am the princess of egg whites at this point. Any suggestions?
 
Chicken, Steak, Turkey ,Cottage Cheese, Cheese, Ricotta Cheese, Lugumes and Nuts, Eggwhites, Whey, Bison, Venison, Quail, etc, etc
