I'm 5'6 150 lbs about 10% bf, wondering if anyone can help me construct a daily diet, what to eat when to eat it, break it down if you can to breakfast, lunch, dinner, the only thing I'm set on is what to eat in between meals. I'm I'm lean rite now but want to put on some more weight as clean as possible, my workout regim is pretty solid as far as my split and exercises I do, thanks in advance for any input.
