Right now Ipretty much just count my protein, everything else is kinda guesstimated, just make sure to eat right other than that, mostly quality food, but everyone cheats, im easing into a weight loss diet now from a bulking diet, i wanted to know if i should jump right into it, or ease into itim goin from like 4000 calories a day to say 1800, any suggestions about those numbers or any other advise would be greatly appreciated, thanx bros,
