Diet Help!!

I recently started a new diet. In the beginning I was eating everything to put on weight and It worked. I got to my desired weight but during all this I put on a little body fat and now that summer is coming I decided to cut out fat intake so I can get leaner..Im 5'11 about 200 lbs and probably about 20% bf. I have been taking in since my diet about 200g of protein and 10g carbs and >15g of fat...I want to know if this is safe..

I've had great results from lots of animal meats, veggies, real eggs, bit of hard cheese, real yogurt and decafs/water.

I avoided fast sugars such as fruits, granular sugars, flours and grains.

Water was released and fat burned within days. After a few months I could add some oats and berries.

I did not count calories and ate 5 times a day. High energy and strength. Excellent blood test numbers.

However ... it is boring. The first week is tough.
 
Thanks. Im lucky that I love fish and seafood and I actually LIKE to eat tuna straight outta the can. Also I work in a resturant where I can get as much spinach and chicken breast as I want!
