I recently started a new diet. In the beginning I was eating everything to put on weight and It worked. I got to my desired weight but during all this I put on a little body fat and now that summer is coming I decided to cut out fat intake so I can get leaner..Im 5'11 about 200 lbs and probably about 20% bf. I have been taking in since my diet about 200g of protein and 10g carbs and >15g of fat...I want to know if this is safe..
