just wondering what would be the best diet for me....i am still trying to get gains on all my muscles but i have some fat around my stomach and love handles.i was wondering what would be the best way to get rid of the fat but also keep increasing my muscle mass....thanks alot for the help.....
 
you cant really do both all at once. Best overall beginners sort of diet is most likely the zone diet where you keep a ratio of around 33% for all your nutrients. You can find info on it here or on the net. If you;d rather use a ckd which is where you don;t eat any carbs, then look in the sticky links at the top of the forum for info.
 
I tried the bulking while shedding fat thing for years. It does nothing but waste time. Bulk up, you can always lose the fat.
