diet help please too much protein?

im 25 i weigh 155 before my cycle test e 500 a week


my test levels are 1600nd/dl 5 weeks into my cycle
i gained 13lb since i started but i know some is fat not sure how much

my diet looks like this
4 lb or 5 lb of chicken brest a day
3-4lb of can corn a day

i eat this every day i tried to keep it simple diet wise

i train 2 times a day every day no cardio i have 3 broken toes at the moment
how many calories do you guys eat while on cycle i used my fitness pal and its telling me im eatting 3,787 a day on the days i eat 5lb of chicken

Add variety to your veggies. Corn is good for energy but not much else. Corn can also cause inflammation. I would add non-Grain type carbs for energy. (Sweet potato, brown rice)
Your eating a ton of Protein, 500-600grams a day. Drop protein down to 250-300 a day, and add in healthy fats. Coconut oil, olive oil, nuts, and grass fed butter.
This will make up the calories lost by reducing protein.
