Okay, I need some help finding some high protein low carb options. I need to find a cheap way to get more protein in my diet. I try to only do shakes post work out.
Me:
5'6
177 about 12%bf
28 years old
Right now my diet looks pretty much like this:
Meal 1:
2 eggs(egg beaters)
1/2- 3/4 cup oatmeal
Meal 2:
2Tblsp ANPB
Meal 3:
Chicken Breast 4-5oz
Meal 4:
Chicken Breast 7-8oz
Veggies - 1/2 cup
Meal 5:
Can of tuna
pre W/o :noxplode or Lipoflame
Post W/O: Waxy/creatine followed by protein shake
Dinner:
Some kind of turkey plate.
before bed: Casein shake.
I need to find something to replace one of the chicken breast meals. I am spending a small fortune on them. I am not trying to cut so much as lean out. There is room in my diet for a little more fat so would Red Meat work? is that going to save me any money?
I am currently at a calorie deficit and I have been loosing a lot of fat lately which I am loving. But, I have also noticed that I am starting to struggle with increasing my weight on my 5x5 program. I am not sure if this is due to my diet and lack of fuel for my body, or if this is just due to me peaking with my 5x5 program.
Thanks in advance for the help!!
