5'9" 227lbs, up from 206lbs six weeks ago (bulking cycle)

This cycle is my 3rd,
Weeks 1-4 50 mg Anidrol ed
Weeks 1-6 500 mg Cypinate week
Weeks 1-6 300 mg Deca week
Weeks 1-12 400 mg Equipoise week
I'm now at the end of week 6 and will start the following
Weeks 7-12 50 mg Winstrol ed
Weeks 7-12 75 mg Fina ed
Weeks 7-12 500 mg Cypinate week
My workouts - Heavy 3 days on 1 day off (chest,legs,back,off, shoulders, arms, chest, off, etc)...my workouts would be considered by most to be intense (30-35 sets per bodypart)....will start doing cardio now ed for 20 -25 minutes...
My question - how should I diet so that I can get my BF down to the 7 to 9% range....I have been eating alot since I started this cycle six weeks ago and have added 3 inches to my waist, but I assume some of that is in fact bloat....can you bros devise a diet for me....I do put on weight and fat easily, but also have the ability to lose easily....a sample day for the last six weeks looks as follows:
Meal 1 - 8 eggs, 3/4 cup of oatmeal, glass of orange juice.
Meal 2 - Protein shake (45 carbs, 60 protein, 15 fat)
Meal 3 - Bowl of non-cream based soup, 8oz meat on 2 pieces of weight toast, bag of chips.
Meal 4 - Protein shake (45 carbs, 60 protein, 15 fat)
Meal 5 - Post workout shake (45 carbs, 45 protein, 6 fat)
Meal 6 - XXL shake (100 carbs, 50 protein, 12 fat) drank prior to going to bed
