I am 6ft 179 currently down from 191 lost 10 pounds the first week on the onecrums' diet ultimate diet to get ripped.
my bmr is 2136 (179x12)
my daily caloric intake is higher at at least 2250 with 6 meals and with 7 it's more like 2500.
heres how it breaks down
cals 2250
carbs 43g
protein 274g
fat 93.25g
I seem to have slowed way down on weight loss and was wondering if I'm doing something wrong?
