Diet guru's help...

Alright vets.. A couple Q's.. A little info first..
26yrs old.. 5'11.. 200lbs.. 16%bf..
In and out of gym for 4yrs...past 8-6 months seriously..
Goals after pct..205-210 at the lowest i can get my bf..
Cycle starting once diet is in check..
1-10 test e at 500ml/wk
1-4 anavar 50/ed
6-10 winny 40/ed
1-10 proviron 50/ed
Training 8 days in a row hitting main muscle groups every 4 days then 2 to 3 days off depending on work schedule (oilfield work) Cardio 30 minutes a day on workout days and 1-2 hours split on off days.
My questions.. Other than being at the gym for two hours a day i am sitting on my ass in my work truck with no exercise for 13 hours a day.. Im not sure how many calories i should be eating a day and what my macro ratios should be if im really just trying to cut down on the fat and lean out..
 
Nice reasonable expected gains. Many would say they want to go from 20% to 8% bf and add 15-20 pounds, lol. so yeah, post up your diet so we can help you out and adjust it.
