Hey mate sorry, forgot you were only 15.

In that case - definitely take up a sport. Rugby guys are some of the fittest blokes on the planet (just google sonny bill williams for proof). For your meal planning - the bro that mentioned John Berardi is on to something.. his seven habits are the cornerstone of solid nutrition.

Don't overeat at this stage though... 3k-3.5k cals/day seems a bit much.
