Hi, My boyfriend is going to do his first Competition In November He would like to start dieting now and I am trying to get some information on what is the best way to diet at this point and what to change as it gets closer to that date. HE is 5 7 180lb works out 6 days a week he has less than 2% body fat. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. You can e-mail me at [email protected] if you would like.
