Diet - flavor

I know there's a forum for this, but the AAS forum seems to have the more active crowd dieting while on AAS.

Anyone have any tips on what to use for additional flavoring when dieting.

I just cooked and ate come chicken (as usual) and used the same tiring garlic and pepper additives. When you guys diet, what do you use to add flavor to your food?

Example: honey for oatmeal, that sort of thing.

fresh minced garlic with oragano, some salt pepper and some lemon juice... it has a nice zing, lol.

I slice up a banana in my oatmeal...sometimes some cinammon....

on chicken and steak, I use garlic, red & black peppers... sometimes I squeeze lemon or lime juice, gives it a nice kick...

on salads, I usually use fat free rasberry vinaigrette or roasted red pepper dressing.... tastes pretty good...

anytime I want to sweeten anything I'll either put in a touch of stevia (natural sweetener) or honey

Those are great...thanx for the ideas. :Chef:

also.. i love this in my oatmeal.... blueberries, strawberries or raspberries , about a 1/2 cup, along with some splenda.. mmm mmm

I actually "like" the taste of food as they are...............

I'm jealous.

There's only so much bland chicken and tuna that I can take. Steak - is a different story tho :)

Try blending a can of tuna w/ diet coke. After yrs of choking down 2 cans+ tuna /daily drinking it is a lot easier. I remember a time when protein powders didn't taste much better.

Seriously?

that may be one of the worst things I have ever heard of! LMAO!
you need some k for that!

I've got a great marinade for chicken, fish, and pork. Only drawback is it's high in sodium. As follows:
3 equal parts, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, and low sodium soy sauce. Marinate for 4 to 6 hrs.
Also, for un-flavored oatmeal, I found a scoop of whey protein(choc. or vanilla) is pretty good. It dosen't sound good but it is to me.

I find myself just putting everything in a blender and "drinking" what I need.

I think it's from growing accustomed to years of HORRIBLE tasting protein powders/bars (WAY befoere MET-RX). If you wanted a protein bar - you had to eat one of those 5x12 brown "bricks" from Pro-Lab (or whatever) - but you did it cause you thought that's what the pros did.

I don't even add salt to anything "ever"

I wonder if this will get moved to the appropriate forum.

Need more mods. See my thread...LOL...

If you spent as much time "helping" newbies as you do pushing your own ageanda - we would need "less" MODs.

Not flaming - just trying to help you off that dead-horse you're beating on.

I did mention why I put my quewstion here:

We all know where the "action" is on this board. I diet a bit differently when on then off. I think most of us do.

K to all those who helped me with new ideas :)

You post diet question (when you are "on") here, cause dietary needs may be/are different when you are on different AAS's.

Nothing wrong with it bro.
