Diet critique

Just would like some thoughts on this diet, I feel i've plateaued so bad that something must change or im not doing this right

7 30am - 2 eggs 4 whites / half cup oats / some green vegetable usually in the eggs ( broccoli or celery)

10 30am - 6 oz chicken breast 1/2 cup brown rice / medum grapefruit or apple

1 30 pm 5 oz steak 1/2 cup brown rice / 2 cups lettuce

4 30pm 6 oz chicken / handful of almonds and cashews unsalted / 2 cups lettuce

7 30 pm 6 oz chicken 1/2 cup brown rice / some vegetables raw

10 30 pm 5 oz steak / 5 egg whites / as much lettuce as i want with a splash of white vinegar

12 pm 1 scoop whey small handful of almonds




this is probably around 2900 cals If im correct but either way what would you guys switch up to shred some more bf %

I've already went from 8 and 10 oz pieces of meat to 5-6oz and dont know if i made a mistake. Someone who knows there shit help a bro out.. you'd be doing a huge favvvvvv

Not sure how you have plateaud at 20% bodyfat , maybe the results are just taking longer , what's your calorie intake exactly as well as protein fats carbs ? Pretty important to know if your dieting , also you didn't mention anything about cardio or training mate?
 
thats true , 20% is an estimate i need to get it checked. i have vascularity in my arms like crazy so im assuming 20- but i wanted to round up..

train 3 days a week , cardio 4 days a week

will get the ratios by tomorrow i still have afeeling its well over 2500 cals and like 350 protein
