starting to bulk again but naturally for the time being....can anyone help me out with my diet?

stats currently are 20 years old.. 5'8, 175lbs, between 10-11% bf.

meal 1: 6 egg whites + 3 whole eggs, 8 oz cup of milk, 4/5th cup of oatmeal. bout 600 cals

meal 2: 3 scoops muscle milk + 1 scoop g plenish. again, about 600 cals

meal 3: 8 oz chicken breast with cup and a half of brown rice....approx 550 cals

meal 4: either chicken/fish and another cup and a half of brown rice

meal 5: same as meal 2

meal 6: 6 egg whites + 3 whole eggs, about a cup of brown rice or some oatmeal.

meal 7: another muscle milk shake or possibly some cottage cheese with a couple of tablespoons of natty peanut butter.

I'm thinking of perhaps taking the muscle milk out of my diet and perhaps doing some homemade MRPs with some decent caseinate/milk protein powder. thoughts...suggestions?thanks in advance

lol somehow i knew mr x would be the only one to answer my thread :)

thanks bro...

but just curious, i get alot of good fats primarily from the muscle milk(about 24 grams or so per shale)...are you saying its ok to mix a little fat with the carbs? as you can see i try to separate the carb protein meals from the fat protein meals.

also...that works out to about 4k cals for me without your additions. is 5k neccessary? just wanted to understand your reasoning. thanks

yes, I am saying you CAN mix carbs and fats. In your case, it would be fine, but something I assumed is that you're taking about 2-3 cups of green veggies per meal, if not do so.

Increasing calories is not a bad thing, it's just a matter of how you do it.

X LOVEEESSSS his MCTs...you fat intake is solid bro...and don't drop the milk if you can stomach it......it's an awesome bulking food...Mr.X knows his shit, just isnt a dairy fan.......to each his own.....

make your own MRP :)

and have it pre and post workout........

2-3 scoops Casein and Whey Protien
1 scoop Gplenish
2 packets of flavores oatmeal
2 caps Glucorell-R

and as X said MCT oil nor Peanut butter

tastes good.

buy all items in Bulk from Costco, its very cheap

then buy the protien in bulk as well......

i don't understand...you assumed i already had 2-3 cups of veggies per meal? I just want to clarify, as i really value your advice. I will follow the advice of adding good fats to my carb/protein meals but how many of my meals should consist of veggies? i can't feasibly see me eating 6-7 cups of veggies a day.

Meal 1,3,4,6, add 2-3 cups of steamed veggies (steamed is not required, can be fresh). I should have put it in your original plan. If you can't down allt he veggies, stick to 1 cup per meal for 3 meals, meal 1,3,4.
