Diet choices when I switch gear

Ok so currently on my bulker of sust and deca , in a few weeks it's time to stop the deca and will be ending on winny

My current diet is 4000 to 4500 cal a day high pro high carbs moderate fats

The last 6 to 8 weeks of the cycle I just want to tighten up and drop some of the fat gained

Should I continue my approach and just add Ed cardio or should I drop to my typical diet down structure of lowish carbs all centred round training add cardio and keep protien high cal 2800?

Stats 35
Weight 230 lbs
Height 5 ft 11
Bodyfat probably approaching 13 to 14 percent but abs still visible
Cycles too many to count

After the winny will drop to my normal cruise dose and diet will be balanced on maintenance for awhile before embarking on my summer cutter
 
If you gain too much fat from your original diet I would suggest next time just doing 3.5-4k calories. Bulking doesn't mean putting on unnecessary fat. If your on gear you don't need a massive surplus to build muscle.

I would suggest dropping down that many calories in one go would be detrimental. Maybe decrease calories by about 300-500 and add cardio in.
 
^ or perhaps wait until after pct to reduce calories and do cardio. And then slowly remove about 300-500 calories at a time until you shed the fat you gained.
 
Thanks , yeah still in 2 minds , I haven't gained too much fat and as said abs still there a bit, holding some water from the deca , won't do anything drastic maybe as you said drop 500 cal or so mainly carbs and some fats and throw in cardio
