Diet Check

What do you guys think of this diet?
I'm just coming off a 10wk cycle of test e and deca. Gained a solid 15lbs
Clomid/nolvadex for post cycle
going to hawaii in jan. Want to maintain muscle and cut up a little more
Cardio will be done in mornings on empty stomach, lift 5 days a week: Legs/chest/back/bis,tris/shoulders,calves
20yrs old. 165lbs, bf prob around 12....can see my abs, but they're not sharp


1. 50g Whey
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp natural PB

2. 8 egg whites
1 cup brown rice

NoXplode, animal pak and CEX before workout

3. Cytogainer, and CEX post workout

4. Tuna Sandwich
2 slices wheat bread/with whole can

5. Grilled Chicken Salad

6. 25g Whey
25g casein
1tbsp flax oil

How many calories you eating daily?

I tried just adding up the diet I wrote down, I think it's about 2200/day
 
On the surface it looks like you aren't eating anywhere near enough calories, even for cutting. I believe you will loose muscle on that diet.

Meal one also mixes carbs and fats. I personally believe that is a no-no. I don't like the idea of fat riding an insulin spike.
 
diet isn't looking bad, how often do you work out, determine your BMR according to your TDEE and go from there, and as psyedout said carbs and fats are not a good combination have secretly with protein.
