Diet and Cutting

Bro's:

I've been on this diet for the last year and it's served me well as far as keeping my BF in check (currently 8.5%) along with cardio..

Meal 1 - 7 EW and 1 yolk (with 1 TBSP Olive Oil), 1 cup Oatmeal
Meal 2 - 5 oz chicken breast, 5 oz sweet potato
Meal 3 - Lean Mass shake and small apple
Meal 4 - Same as 3 ( I'm a waiter and can't eat a meal between 0630 and 1300)
Meal 5 - 6 oz Eye or round and 3/4 cup brown rice
Meal 6 - Same as # 2
Meal 7 - 6 oz. white fish and salad

Geting ready to start a 6 week cutting cycle and would appreciate any input and or suggestions to tweak this diet to help lower my BF and keep my l;ean mass gains.

Stats: 55, 166, 5'8.5"

Meal 5 - 6 oz Eye or round and 3/4 cup brown rice cooked or un cooked ?
Meal 6 - 5 oz lean protein with 2 cups veggies
Meal 7 - 6 oz. white fish and salad, 1 TBSP EFA, apple cider vingar oil

might want to make these changes make this changes its same caloric intake but things have been shuffled around to add more EFAS

run this for a week with same cardio then re evalute. My suggestion is to attack one varible at a time

what about supplements
Some BCAA, glutemine, ALA, mulitivitamin

suggestion make your own proteinshake.
1 scoops whey isolate 25 grams
5 EGGS cooked in mic for 45 seconds to kill bacteria
1 TBSP EFAS
1/2 cup of oatmeal dry (chopped in coffe blender)
4-6 stralberries or 1/2 cup apple sauce

gives you 40 grams protein, 40 carbs, 15 grams EFAS
Home made lean mass :)

Substitute the sweet potato in meal 6 for green veggies.
You need to add EFA's, like flax, fish oil, udo's, nuts.

what are the total cals and macronutrient breakdown?

man I hope you dont eat this everyday. The most problem about me for a cutting diet is, that I can never find enough food to mix it around. I get sick of the same old stuff everyday.

Sometimes you have to sacrifice good food and variety for results and convenience. It's hard to make 6 good meals a day that meet your macro's and still hold down a job or school. I eat the same thing 5 meals a day, the 6th meal being a pwo shake.
