Do you justify your eating habits ?
When asked about your diet, do you take the time to explain that you need more proteins, low GI carbs (and what GI means), EFAs (and what EFAs means), why you need to eat every 3 hours and so on ?
Or do you simply keep on eating (b/c you don't mind what your bros/bors/colleagues think about it) ?
