Diet an libido

Might sound like a stupid as question, but ever since I started eating better an low fat low cholesterol , high protein diet I have been losing weight. My problem is before I used to wake up every morning with a raging hardon which the girlfriend loved, now since hitting the gym an diet it might occur only once or twice a week!Could there be anything associated with my diet causing this?
 
your fats are to low, fats increase natty test, bump them back up and should def notice a difference. fish oil, olive oil, nat peanut butter, ect...

^^agreed. Can depend on how low your bf %age is too.
 
My bf is under 10% and my libido is uncontrolable Im consitently wanting it, but aboves are certainly right, you have bad fats and good fats, I take in 2-3 fish caps a day, and stay away from bad chelestrol fats and go for the good, not to much but still, and you'll find blood flow goes alot more smoother ;)

If you wanna see my full diet, check out my post on EZ shopping list thread, it's a fairly full on diet for gaining weight but if your working out and hitting cardio right it'll keep gaining lean muscle mass instead of storing energy your not using Aka fat.
