Diet advice......I NEED HELP

What up ya'll. I could really use some help figuring out an effective diet. I am 6t 229lbs 15%bf. I would like to get down to about 8-10% while keeping as much muscle as possible. I have tried dieting many times but always seem to fail. I usually lose muscle and strength not fat. So any help is much appreciated. My current diet is as follows:

Workout 5:30 am
7:00 post workout
serv cell tech, 30gr pro
8:00
60gr pro 1cp oatmeal

2cans tuna in water 1 medium sized yam

10egg whites 2 whole eggs 2pc wheat toast small amount of sugarfree jam

2 chicken breast 1 yam
8
10 eggwhites 2 pc wheat toast sugarfree jam

60gr pro drink 2tbls nat peanut butter

I train one bodypart a day. high intensity, i use forced reps drop sets and supersets reps 10-12
I also hit the stationary bike eod 30-45min
