hey guys
im starting a cycle of diesielbolan in a weeks time but used to suffer from shin pumps on cycles. i have not cycled anything for just over 6 months now.
im looking at getting back in to my muay thai as well though but wondering what causes the shin pumps was it just one compound that i was running and is there a way to reduce this as while on cycle before i couldnt run or do cardio for longer than a few minutes without too much pain.
the problem was the shin pumps started at the end of a cycle i was on and stayed with me for a few months after that cycle
But i did run a cycle of extreme mass just before xmas with no problems at all.
