okay so im kind of new when it comes to supplements, i have a good workout regiment and cardio plan but just need a little help. the only thing i have done was a cycle of winny last year. i am looking for more results than i had with winny. im 23y/o 210 prob 12-16%bf so i really wanna drop fat as well as gain muscle mass. My diet is not great but not bad. while on something i work harder to watch it. so what would you rec for muscle gain, and what would you rec for fat loss. while keeping somewhat safe. any input is appreciated. thank you!
