Whats up guys been lurking for a while first post.
stats: 21 weight 187 bf% 12
lifting history: 8 years, lifting seriously for 2, ran stronglifts from nov to mid of jan then switched to steves push pull legs lifting 6 days a week. I seen better results only lifting three days a week so I just cut it back. on off days do fasted walk, sprints or bike for 20 min.< started that three weeks ago
also cut out majority of my isolation moves and stick to compounds only.
first cycle, my goals is a lean bulk i would like to hit 200lbs and from all the success stories i think i can do it.
Cycle:
1-4 diesel 3 a day
3-4 forma 3 pumps 2x a day
1-4 cycle assist
Pct:
forma 5- end of bottle 5 pumps twice a day

few questions, where should I add dermacrine; Pct or cycle if i should at all
and where would you guys add DAA at, in cycle or post or run it all the way through.
would the forma be enough for gyno issues or should i cut out the forma in cycle and add some 6-oxo.
