I love how whenever they comment on the complaints it's always about the "outstanding experience" people are having with the console, vs. actually addressing the problem and fixing it.

Maybe they should stick to computer software.

it's easy to fix. Just open up the case, and glue a few pennies to the chips. Tighten everything back down, then wrap the unit in a towel. Plug it in and turn it on. It will eventually overheat, but just keep turning it back on, let it run for about 30min. You need it to get really hot for the glue to melt, and the pressure of the pennies will push the chips back onto the board. Let the unit cool and so the glue sets up. Remove the towel and resume playing your xbox.
