Did you do things like draw hearts around the people you had a crush on?

scribble out the face of people you didn't like?

get your friends to sign it and then rush away in private to read what they wrote?

read the notes from people who signed your friends and then run to get those people to sign yours, hopefully with a better note.

I did those things in Junior High - in high school I got my yearbook and put it away somewhere. After I looked through the whole book to see how many times I was pictured in it of course.

I read the notes people left me and they made me out to be some maniac whore with a drinking problem.
Look how far I have come.

All of the above. Still have yearbooks from all 4 years in HS.

Someone always brings one to our reunions, so we are still getting ém signed.

True story, I was actually thinking about one of the entries a teacher of mine wrote in my yearbook, that I didn't understand at first.

His name was Mr Januzzi, oddly enough, I don't even remember the subject he taught, he wasn't a fav of mine that I recall now. I think he may have just been the guy who babysat us on Fridays during free period to be honest. Don't even remember why I asked him to sign my yearbook, but I do distinctly remember what he wrote. I don't remember any other entry, save his all these years later.

He said, "The people of the world are divided into two categories: the blue meanies and the yuk-yuks. You, Emilia are a yuk-yuk" and then went on to say something about always embracing my yuk-yukness in the the face of all the blue meanies.

I swear to God for some reason that popped into my head this am.

This picture makes me want to spit on my hand and fix your hair. lol

Cute Slat1.

No hearts and no scribbling as I didn't really love nor hate anyone back then.
Not even myself.

I did get people to sign it with mostly crap like

Have a good Summer
See ya next year

Late 70's were very tame for high school age people before we got into the cocaine

AAP did you circle the hot quarterback's pic?
i bet you were too nervous to talk to him, but you would scope his unit in the showers after gym class

I wish I could find my yearbook... I honestly don't remember seeing it when I packed up all my stuff from my apartment in Jersey back in May. I think maybe my mother or sister has it somewhere... I still have stuff back in Jersey that I have to ship out here when I get a chance.

My pic wasn't awfull, but it really doesn't look much like me, at least I don't think. I would post an old wedding pic but I don't have those here either... So funny to look at ourselves when we were in our late teens/early twenties as we get to our 40's and up!

I had that Anthony Michael Hall/Brandon Walsh thing going on.
I refer to my hair as a "flock of seagulls" cut.
The topper is I was 6'1" and 162.

Respect the bow clip on tie.

My father says only 3 people should wear bow ties.
1. Clowns
2. Waiters
3. Fags

I know your not #3 so what is it?

LOL

I am scared of clowns.
Waiters = fags.
I did it to be a jack ass.
I was such an arrogant prick back then.
I was skinny as hell but could beat the shit out of anyone. Could out drink them too.
I would love to go back to HS and smash all that crotch all over again! :)

I have, on several occasions, but not quite the same way you did.

I have run into several classmates over the years, the most recent was bout 2 years or so ago. She didn't recognize me and it took me about a minute to realize who she was. Our daughters were in the same classes at the time. She was a VERY PRETTY and TOTALLY STUCK UP Rah-Rah back in high school. She would NEVER have given me the time of day back then as I was a geeky, fatty, sorta doing my own thing 'cause I just didn't give a fuck sorta kid, in all the top classes but not with *the in crowd*.

Well she looked like an old dumpy broad and I look like ME. :qt:

Was sorta sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeetttt.

(God, I LOVED IT every single time that has happened in the last 12 years or so!)

I was on the swim team. So I was surrounded by guys half naked and with washboard abs all the time. I didn't care for hairy primitives dipping Skoal trying to attract my attention.

the best yearbook entry that I left for this really hot chick I wanted to nail was this

"down by the river
carved in a rock
three little words
SUCK MY COCK"
