Did the last spectro batch come underdosed?

was looking at a recently received batch of the cytest from spectro. Got it from a very reputable bro, the vials just all looked to be a little more than half full. Has anyone else seen these, I trust the dude, just wanted some imput.

the bottles used are a different size. draw out the oil and you;re see there is 10cc in there

ALL spectro vials seemed underfilled. Why? They use 20ml bottles for 10ml products and 30ml bottles for 20ml products.

So yes the bottle is half filled but it contains every last drop of label claims.
