Man idk wtf...I recently was on a 12 week test and Anavar cycle and been off a month. Ran hcg 2 weeks prior to getting off and 2 weeks after last injection. This is how it looked:
31 yrs--175lbs--14% bf--1st cycle in four years
Week 1-12. Test E 500mg (split 250mg twice a week)
Week 8-12 Anavar 60mg daily
Week 10-14 500iu weekly (split 250iu twice a week)
Now I've been off a month and my strength is drastically getting weaker? Man I feel like its a test crash. Idk. End cycle I was working out with 275lb bench...repping it out 6times by the end of my pyramid. I'd start with 225 like 15 times....245 round 10 or 12....265 6-8times and 275lbs bout 6 reps. Now I'm struggling 245 like 8 reps. This is damn near where I started. I'm not just some juicer that doesn't know shit and doesn't understand strength training from mass or the importance of diet. Like I said I haven't touched gear in 4 years cuz honestly i live a sober lifestyle and AAS was part of my old lifestyle but I felt like my recovery and sobriety was strong enough not to deter me from the life I lead today. So what I'm getting at is did I over do it with the hcg or something? I mean I've been off a month or a lil more now and strength it's still gradually going down...oh and btw even though I can only rep 245lbs 8 times or so I can still get 265 4 times at end of pyramid. Which is a little more than what I was repping prior to juice but damn I feel like I lost it all unless it's a test crash and I may recover, I honestly don't know. I feel like the endurance is suffering more than the actual one lift strength. Shit man idk, I'm lost. Any takers??
