Did i inject into a vein?

i was doing a glute shot yesterday( aspirated before injecting ) and towards the end of the shot while i was taking a break, just about to push in the last of it, a little blood came into the barrel. now i didnt think much of it because i was at the very last drop, so i thought, " go ahead, push it in." i guess i was real damn close to a vein cause i pulled out the pin, and got an itching in my lungs and hacked for about 3-4 mins. and the taste was real BA like(250mg indian enan.). i didnt freak out.
Never having done tren, is this the coughing fits that everyone is talking about?
