did i get scammed?

I posted about this and got mixed responses. Some said yes, others said maybe, others said they've gotten from that source before with no problems and one said too hard to tell.
if i did get scammed, what do they put in there? would i be able to bring it to a local lab and have them analyze it? how much does that usually cost if anyone knows?
