i think back when I did it.....for 9 or 10 weeks, I gained at least 15lbs of muscle, and my strength went up immensely.

Another hell yes. I love it. I think Dogg himself should be made a saint for helping me to see the light again. All I gotta do is call in a couple of favors from the Pope...

I'm still doing it, and intend to keep doing it for some time to come.
 
Worked great for me! Had some good gains in size and stregth over 3 months, and have now moved on to a period of 5x5 for 3 or 4 months beofre going back to DC.

I really feel that they compliment each other well, they both have the continual progression aspect, but the change in volume and frequency is refreshing and keeps things interesting.

Im also interested what people who did not like DC felt was wrong?

I can never stick with a routine long enough to find out its maximum potential and such, but at one point when I tried DC for a solid three weeks (whoo!) I made gains the whole way through in strength. Eating wasn't in order, so size didn't come. Best part is though, I didn't even have a cycle of exercises. I used the same ones every workout.
 
I'm making some sweet gains after a long period of stagnation with volume training. Setting PR's each week and seeing positive changes in body composition. I plan to keep it up for quite some time.
