Worked great for me! Had some good gains in size and stregth over 3 months, and have now moved on to a period of 5x5 for 3 or 4 months beofre going back to DC.
I really feel that they compliment each other well, they both have the continual progression aspect, but the change in volume and frequency is refreshing and keeps things interesting.
Im also interested what people who did not like DC felt was wrong?
