K kahlon New member Jan 14, 2010 #1 Hey I'm currently gonna start a dbol cycle at 30 mg per day w/ 10 mg caps. Could anyone tell me specific times to take these pills as my routine for workout is based around going to the gym at 6 PM, and sleeping around 10 PM.

downunder hunter New member Jan 14, 2010 #2 Split it into 3 doses because db's only have a short half life...6am, 11am and 4pm would be fine
