Dianabol, Sust, Deca Cycle

I've been reading various articles on gear for a 18 months and I have bought some ready to give it a shot. I have 200 Dianabol, 12 Sust 250 1ml and 8 Deca Norma 2ml. Just got some clomid too. I've read various articles and I can't get any more gear so what do you think for this eight week cycle.

1 200 Deca, 250 Sust, 20mg Dbol
2 200 Deca, 250 Sust, 20mg Dbol
3 200 Deca, 500 Sust, 20mg Dbol
4 200 Deca, 500 Sust, 20mg Dbol
5 200 Deca, 500 Sust, 20mg Dbol
6 200 Deca, 500 Sust, 20mg Dbol
7 200 Deca, 250 Sust, 20mg Dbol
8 200 Deca, 250 Sust, 20mg Dbol
10 Clomid 100mg per day
11 Clomid 50mg per day

I weigh 180lbs at the mo and I'm 5ft 11.
 
I am running the same cycle at a little higher dosages. Sounds like this is your first so it will be perfect for you. All looks great even clomid, except stop the dbol between 4 and 6 weeks.:)
 
I would run the dbol for only 6 weeks, but would up the dose to 30mg a day. Other than that all else looks fine. If this is your first cycle, then it will be a good one. Make sure to keep your diet clean, and get ready to grow. Nice job putting it all together. Good luck!

I assume you are doing 20mg d-bol a day?

That being said, you will want to add liquidex,

Clomid therapy that I have used is as follows

300mg day 1
100mg day 2-11
50mg day 12-21

My cycle was almost identical but without sust, and I am also 5'11", was 188 lbs.:

week 1, 200 Deca, 30mg Dbol ed 194 lbs.
week 2, 200 Deca, 30mg Dbol ed 202 lbs.
week 3, 200 Deca, 30mg Dbol ed 206 lbs.
week 4, 200 Deca, 30mg Dbol ed 210 lbs.
week 5, 200 Deca, 30mg Winny ed 208 lbs.
week 6, 200 Deca, 30mg Winny ed (end of this week today) 206 lbs.

Awesome strength gains, no side effects of any kind. If you run sust on top of it, than you should gain even more. Good luck!

Thanks for your responses guys. It was my mistake on the Dbol, I meant to only state for weeks 1 to 4. I'm only using it for the boost as you guys say it takes 3 weeks for the injection AS to kick in.

Is the Sust increase best suited in the middle?

I'm training three days a week at the mo.

Tue Legs, Shoulders
Thur Chest, Biceps
Sat Back, Triceps

Should I be training more days?

I've got a diet plan to be eating six meals a day at a total of 3,500 calories at 340 grams of protein, 400 grams of carbs. Should I be eating more?

Plenty of questions, I hope you can answer them.
 
You could can add one more trainning day. With AAS you have more recovery capacity. In that way you can spread your bodyparts trainning and training with more intensity

Should I be training more days?

I like to run my splits as follows.

Day 1 Chest and tris
Day 2 Back and bis
Day 3 Shoulders, calves, and abs
Day 4 Legs and cardio
Day 5 nothing but cardio
Then start over.

This is the split that works best for me. I try to train muscle groups that go together to get the very best workout possible. Give it a try, but remember what works for me may not work for you. Good luck!
 
No need to run the sust at 500 in the middle. If you can run it at 500mg every week straight through, use it the first few weeks at 500 then go to 250.

Yeh my source told me to front load it, so I'll take your advice on that.

As I'm going to run D-bol at 20mg a day how often do I spread it out e.g two in the morning, one at lunch and one in the evening before training?
