Dianabol only cycle. Need Help.

Ok for starters I'm 5'11 weight 145lbs and I'm 32 years old. I started working out in December and have been able to gain 15lbs till now (9 months). I wanted to get a jump start without the needle as I am not currently ready to shoot up. A friend recommended Dbol and said that he did it once with good results. I went ahead and got some DPharm 10mg Dianabol. I also picked up some 175mg Milk Thisle.

I see in lots of forums people bashing dbol only cycles. But I also find lots of people who rave results. Dbol is what I currently have, and its the only thing I can do for right now. I would like to hear from those of you whom have tried a dbol only cycle and can make any recomendations as far as how I should dose it.

From the research I've done so far I came up with the conclusion that for best results 30mg a day for 6 weeks in 4 hour intervals. I'll take one at 11AM, one at 3PM and one at 7PM right before I work out. And I'll also take 2 milk thisle's spread beetween. The only other supplement I take is musle juice (1303 calories, 71grams protein) twice a day.

Am I cycling this correct?? Any other supplement recomendations??

I also heard to follow the cycle with Nolvadex and Clomid but I'm having trouble sourcing them. Will this be a prob if I dont take?? And if so should I cycle diferently.

The people who you see giving rave results don't mind getting fat. And you would probably get a different answer from those people 6 months post cycle. Dbol is a 50 year old compound. It is fun to use. But it the worst for trying to put on muscle that you can keep. It will do more to cause joint pain, stress your liver, and bring cortisol post cycle than anything it will add to your physique.
It used mainly to enhance a cycle not build one out of. But you seem like the kind of guy who needs to learn all this himself.
I suggest you use it with AIFM, Tyler Liver Detox and SesaPure. You may salvage a little if you do.
 
Thanks for all the replies. Regarding why I'm not ready to inject. First off I live in Miami but currently working in Napes till December. Here in Naples I have no resources and other then that I'm temporarily living with family members whom are most likely going thru my stuff while I'm out. When I get back home in December I plan to.
 
I would suggest waiting until you are able to do a correct cycle.You will like the results more and be able to keep most of the gains as well.

I'm not trying to be an ass, but if you have family going through your shit you have bigger issues to deal with than AAS.

I can't stress this enough - don't waste your first cycle on dbol. If you plan to inject when you get home in December - wait. Your first cycle will be your best, so don't waste it. Many people get ultra-conservative on the first cycle and make only modest gains, only to later wish they had done it right. This was my first cycle (6 years ago):

Week 1-10 Sust 750mg
Week 1-10 EQ 400mg
Week 1-4 Dbol 40mg/day

I grew like a weed, and I have no regrets.

It took me 9 months to gain 15 lbs and I'd just like to see if I can get a quick 10lb boost. My buddy did a dbol only cycle gained 16lbs lost 5lbs. If I can achieve at least 10lbs in a short time span I'd be happy.

your buddy is an exception. not everyone's biochemistry and genetics are similiar. none of us knows how he ate or trained either, so stop there.

you will hear 1000 different opinions. if you insist on doing this cycle, make sure you eat very very clean foods and LOTS of it. you will need to continue to eat like a cow very very clean 6 months after you go off. also, if you don't drink at least 1.5-2 gallons of water a day, you will suffer. and you need to eat food more than 3 times a day, even if you are drinking 1000 cal shakes.

as ulter said, go to afstore and get some sesapure.

clomid or nolva would definitely help you keep gains and ball back up.

you will enjoy life a whole lot more if you at least add some test in there....
 
man i know an oral only cycle sounds appealing but seriously do it right or don't do it at all. we aren't ripping you to be mean we're just trying to get you to think twice before you f up. wait till you can inject and do some test and eq or something. don't do the dbol!!!
 
I would say hang on to the dbol, you have just gained 15lbs-good for you!! Thats a nice amount of weight, 10% of your original. Keep up the good work. You dont need aas in the near future. Set a goal. Say-reach 15 more pounds in the next year-thats possible!! Up the cals (check web for meal plans) and stick with it! Steroids is not a quick fix for someone your size! You need to build a frame bro. And in time when you look back at your accomplishments, you will say fuck yeah, i earned this. And then come back for advise. That my 2 cents for ya
 
All this cycle will do is frustrate you. It's a short cycle so you will gain size and strength real fast and loose both real fast. Then you will just be pissed at how slow you progress naturally and you'll just do the injectables then. Save the Dbol as everyone is saying and add it to some test.

10lbs at your weight would be easy to get in a short period of time without gear.
Food is an excellent way to get bigger, no pct and you will keep all your gains
 
why isnt d bol good by itself? thats bullshit

I don't even know where to start. How about that it's a 50 year old compound and since the 50's medical science has formulated better AS to use? It brings so many side effects that the board will max me out on the size of my post if I try to list them all. Okay maybe not but the sides vs gains scale is very lopsided.
 
Ask yourself this: Will it make me more anabolic or catabolic? I would certainly want to be more anabolic than catabolic, eat 400grams protein/day to tip the scale in favor of anabolism.

Buddy if I could sit behind my computer all day like you and post 1,600+ on the forum, I'd have your knowledge and wouldn't sound like a retard. But being that I'm a rookie whom just started the research I wouldn't consider myself one.

What can I say? Get a better job and quit asking stupid questions. Sorry if everyone telling you that your Dbol only cycle is total dog shit. That must hurt your feelings little fella.

If you don;t have the proper time to research and make decent decisions than just quit now. You have been lifting for less than a year and you want to get on gear? Sorry, but that is a newbie as it gets.

You can read so you're half way there but it seems like you have a learning disability of some kind..

So - even if you had the time, like me, you would still have no knowledge as you will just do what you want.

BTW - at your age you could get on HRT pretty easily.
 
For someone who has just started lifting in December to jump on AAS, you could gain enough strength to really injure something(tendons, etc). Perhaps it's too soon for a full proper cycle and the dbol may ironically help him condition his tendons for the proper cycle, hopefully at least a year of hard lifting later. Buy the AIFM, it's legal to buy, and not worth the risk.
