I just got back from standing on the balcony watching the mountains in Long Beach. Beautiful scenery. How far does that Mt. range extend and where is it in relation to the ocean. I haven't gone anywhere except to get food since I've been here. I'm being held hostage. She's in the bathtub right now.

I'm not sure how far they go in miles. I believe the big ones on the south (right) end are Mammoth Mtn & Big Bear....good skiing, snowobarding. I could see all of that from the balcony of my old apt, but I moved down the hall so i'm on the other side now. Most days you don't get a clear shot because of the fog but when you do....man, it's a beautiful sight.
