I am 33 years old BF somewhere between 15% to 20% 190 lbs and diabetic. I know i need to drop some BF before I start a cycle, but since I a diabetic would it be harmful to take deca? I chose deca for the gain/side affect ratio. Any advice would be appreciated.

This is always a picky subject that I would like to learn more about. I think it depends on how bad the diabetes are for a lot of it. Are you having to take shots before every meal? Or does a pill in the morning and night keep your blood glucose levels good? I ask because you will need to feed your body. And I don't know how you react to lots of eating. I understand carbs will be a different story for you. Also, I didn't see where it was mentioned about how much training you have under your belt. Hope you aren't just wanting to jump on the AAS wagon in hopes of getting big when you have no muscle base. You won't be happy with the results. I've seen guys do AAS that had not even been working out and had little muscle base that ended up gaining what I THINK could have easily been gained naturally, and possibly within the same amount of time for someone with a good diet and more muscle to start with.
Hv u ever even done a cyc b4?
Yeah, I take shots every meal. On humalog and lantus. Been training for about six months. I see some good gains thus far, just want to get bigger.
Pretty rough start for a first cycle, Deca will kill your libido (thats where the term Deca Dick comes from) and is tough to recover from ,nandrolones like deca will linger in the body as long as 18 months.
You would be better off doing a test only cycle.
Needing that much insulin and only 6 months experience I would strongly advise holding off on the gear. You've not even built a foundation yet. Get your bodyfat down, condition your body to tolerate a higher training volume (both of which will yield benefits to your insulin sensitivity) and build a strength base, whilst you research gear. I personally think gear for anyone who doesn't have 2 years of serious continous training is silly and wasteful.
Out of all compounds Deca!? Um.... Imo no...

Maybe just maybe a low low test cyc. 08-10 cyc at 250-400 ah week. Imo...
Just train hard eat good.
What do you mean by eating good?
deca will increase your appetite which is definately not a good idea for a diabetic. also it is carb dependent and your body will want lots of carbs when you are on it.. its a bulking roid for a reason.
your goal right now should be DIET as everyone here has said. how tall are you?
I eat pretty much what you listed. The portion sizes are a bit larger though. I try to get 1.5 grams of protein per lb of Body weight. thanks for taking the time to help me out.oh god! did i hear that right? that makes or breaks a cycle.

You need at least 6-7 smaller servings per day with some protein in each., You can do this by eating clean whole foods, not processed.
Protein should come a variety of things.Seafood is one of the best sources of Protein because it's usually low in fat. Fish such as salmon is a little higher in fat but it is the heart-healthy kind: omega-3 fatty acids.
White-Meat Poultry
Stick to the white meat of poultry for excellent, lean Protein. Dark meat is higher in fat. The skin is loaded with saturated fat, so remove skin before cooking.
Milk, Cheese, and Yogurt
Not only are dairy foods -- like milk, cheese, and yogurt -- excellent sources of Protein but they also contain valuable calcium. Choose skim or low fat dairy to keep bones and teeth strong, prevent osteoporosis, and enhance weight loss.
Eggs
Eggs are one of the least expensive forms of Protein. The American Heart Association says normal healthy adults can safely enjoy an egg a day.
Beans
One-half cup of beans contains as much Protein as three ounces of broiled steak. Plus, these nutritious nuggets are loaded with fiber to keep you feeling full for hours.
Pork Tenderloin
This great and versatile white meat is 31% leaner than 20 years ago.
Soy
Twenty five grams of soy Protein daily can help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. Combine soy Protein foods like tofu with a healthy low fat diet.
Lean Beef
Lean beef has only one more gram of saturated fat than a skinless chicken breast. Lean beef is also an excellent source of zinc, iron, and vitamin b12.
Protein on the Go
Grab a meal replacement drink, cereal bar, or energy bar. Check the label to be sure the product contains at least six grams of Protein, and is low in sugar and fat.
Needtobuildmuscle has a wide variety of supplements that is an excellent source of nutrition.

I think you are wanting a fast change. Well, really, WHO DOESN'T? But it takes more than a cycle or two to look like some of these guys. Steroids are not magic. And you need to be ready physically. No one is harping on you, but you probably don't like hearing the advice being given. Everyone is honest to god trying to do you a favor so you don't look back a year from now saying "damn, they were right". In 6 months, you are already looking for a shortcut. Well, friend, this life is a lifestyle. It's not a job we dread doing. It's something you do your entire life and your body will show it. Jumping on roids this early in your training will, imo, more than likely make you want to quit working out when you don't have them.
No dude. I appreciate the feedback and I am going to take the advice givin to me here. Thats why I came on here, to learn from people who knows more than me. I'll wait till I reach my natural potential before I mess with AAS. Thank you all for the advice.
If you ever need more assistance you may pm me , i have over 40 yrs in this field, last yr i was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, The strange thing is i've been in super shape all my life, alot of my late aunts, cousins have it ,so it runs in the family, i guess i am fortunate to not have had it until i reached 59.I have to take a slow acting insulin once a day using an insulin pin. the good part is i'm now more sensitive to steroids and SARMS.
Are you still able to use them still?

Sure am with no problems, however i shy away from peptides now because i'm not gung ho about messing with any HG spikes while on insulin.
Running SARMS right now (the first time with insulin) and this stuff is really kicking in alot more than the last previous cycles.
Now i have a script for what i take so i don't avise anyone to run get some slin to take, mainly because you may mess yourself up and have to take it the rest of your life.

wow that sucks.. did u get a glucose test because you thought you might have it? or did u catch it by accident?
Steve, it caught me by suprise, the wierd part was the more i ate the more weight i lost, i even bought a second fridgerator to hold more food, i was taking in close to 5 thousand calories, I thought i had cancer or something,i still lost weight, I went to the Doc after loosing over 50 pounds, he ran a blood test and my sugar /Glocose was off the charts(over 500) normal is 80-100.
I was given sugar pills to help ,but all it did was slow it down i eventually dropped to 129 lbs, after i was put on insulin i started gaining, sometimes 2 lbs a day, right now i'm pushing 170 and still gaining.
Yeah, I was the same way. Lost a shit load of weight in the mornings when I woke up I would drink a gallon of milk straight. Insatiable thirst in the mornings. Soon as they put me on insulin I started gaining weight. The bitch part is trying to cut the excess flab around lower belly is tuff.
