Hi,

Can anybody offer advice on DHEA. Like what are the actual benefits of taking it..is weight loss good? Does it improve mass? I've read lots about it, it seems to be the newest wonder ? But can anybody here say if they've taken it and where there any substantial benefits?

If you do take it how do you take it, quantitities and when etc?

It is closer to one of the oldest ph than the newest wonder. If your over 50 consider it for hormonal replacement but aside from that there is too much estrogenic conversion to be used at a high dose while younger. Try 1-ad for the 'newest wonder .
