Good day! i need ur advices about my post workout shake. I've been looking for a dextrose powder here for a long time and it paid off yesterday. I found a "DEXTROSE POWDER : D-Glucose (USP) Anhydrous".
Sadly, its for Fighting Cocks. found it on vet supplies.. Is this the same as dextrose for post workout or is it specially formulated for fighting cocks?
I would like to ask, is it safe for humans? Is Dextrose Anhydrous ok for post workout? what's the difference with a Dextrose Monohydrate and Anhydrous?
Should i take it with my whey? or find another source of dextrose?
I need your opinions.
