It has been a minute since i used pure dextrose in PWO. i want 2 use about 40g with my whey shake. problem is i have been eating so clean for so long now that it tastes like i am drinking corn syrup....lol.
I dont want to dilute it any so that i can avoid having to drink something like 30oz versus 15oz. i am currently using vanilla flavored whey. i was thinking of adding something tart to it so it aint so damn sweet. i make my shakes a day or 2 ahead of time so whatever it is cant spoil quickly. I am also really not wanting to add a ton of cals either as I got the proportions pretty close to the way I need them.
Any ideas or other suggestions (besides waxy maize)?
