Dextrose,Tbsp. or tsp?

I here alot of people suggest usuing 75 to 100 grams of Dextrose in there PW shake. I was going the the local winery today and get some but don't know how much that is in Tbsp. or tsp.? Need help.
 
if your cutting id use 25-30 after working out maybe a lil bit during.....but pure sugar is not your friend unless post workout hehe.....espeically while cutting....
 
1/3 C of dextrose = 75 grams carbs
1/4 C = 60

Those are close figures, they may not be dead on. Post workout you can and should go up to 60-75 grams of carbs from dextrose, taken with ala - its the one time where your body will utilize it to your advantage
 
Thanks for the reply. I have been usuing 1 Tbsp. in my PWO shake while I'm cutting. I didn't know if that was enough or not enough. I have one more ? while where on the subject. Should you use Dextrose after your cardio workout shake? I run 4 miles 3 to 4x a week. Again thanks for the reply.
 
yeah a 25-30 g dext and some glutamine will help restore glycogen pretty well.....(www.ast-ss.com) they have plenty on that topic if you search for it. I believe 8 grams of glutamine has the glycogen restoration effect of 40or 50 grams of glucose......
